When i live in Spain.
I fall in love with tomato Jam (Mermalade de tomate or Dulce de tomate)
Now i move to live in Germany.
And i can`t find tomato jam here.
That`s why i need to cook it self.
it`s super yummy!!!

Ingredients :
1 kg tomato
1 kg. sugar (I use jelly sugar) -

Preparation :
- Sterilize jars. -

- chop tomato

- mix tomatoes with sugar
- bring to a boil over high heat 20 minute, stirring constantly
- Remove from heat.
- Pour hot jam into jars. -

- you will get 3 jars of 450 g. Dulce de Tomate
