sorry this isn't a how-to. i made this way before i knew about this site.
working with duct tape can be reallly tricky. so, if you're going to make anything out of duct tape, be prepared to be patient and THINK AHEAD! My skirt is made completely out of duct tape. I even cut each individual lightning bolt out :] (except for the zipper i sewed onto the back for easier removal)
