You Will Need
-
Step 1get ur duct tape..u need about 3 inches
-
Step 2fold in half..and snip ugly edges
-
Step 3fold accrdian style...four times

Step 4it should look like this

Step 5take a thin peice of tape..and secure the bow

Step 6flip the fringes upside down..to get a prettier bow

Step 7add a bobby pin and thats it :)
