In our kitchen it's a MUST to have chili peppers...lol so this was something right up my alley. These we can admire for a bit and enjoy the festive feeling they give while I use the dried ones I have stored in an airtight jar (MUST use rubber gloves when handling unless you want tears for 2 days...LOL)for cooking. ;-)~
