Dressmakers Doll

  • Completed Project: Dressmakers Doll Picture #1

Or body sculpture... whatever!

I had fun with this. I cut head and arm holes into a garbage bag, slipped it on, and got a friend to help wrap me up. I used packing tape because that's what I had. I cut it off, then taped it back up, and viola, there it was.

Only thing I have to warn is don't tape it up too tight. I made sure not to, yet I still almost freaked out and got claustrophobic. It happens when you can't draw in a full breath some times. Just... be careful.

It's a lot sturdier than I would have guessed, and I think it looks cool! Even though it is a little odd that it's me. I can't wait to use it to make a shirt. I hope that works out as well.
