simple drawstring back pack
From the book, "Simple Sewing", I found an easy pattern for a drawstring bag and tweaked the instructions to add a lining and inside pockets, but kept the basic idea. Instead of a heavier fabric, I used linen, then added a flap with snaps for the outside pocket. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.
