Draw and cut you pattern from a piece of paper chosing the shape you want to give to your pouch.

Draw and cut a straight line in the middle (long and large enough to place the sipper).

Cut two pieces of felt.

Draw a dragonfly and cut it, use the pattern to make one from a piece of felt.

Embellish it!

I used red glittered glue to make its wings sparkly and I embroidered the body with red thread.

Now take one piece of felt (It'll be the front of your pouch) and embellish it.

I worked on the wrong side and positioned the dragonfly where I want it to be and I drew random curls with a pen.

I used backstitch and threads of different colours to embroider the curls.

Pin your felt dragonfly and sew it in place with backstitch.

I saw the wings with darker red and the tail + the head with black.

Embellish untill you're satisfied.

I added few gems and little silver pearls.

Now the zipper.

Place the zipper on the back of the decorated piece of felt and pin it (I had to cut mine cause it was obviously too long XD ) .

Carefully place the second piece of felt on top and sew the zipper in between them along the hole you cut on the felt.

Fold in half (you'd have 4 layers of felt) and sew along the edge with a blanket stitch.
