This was the birthday cake that I came up with for my daughter last year. She wanted a dragon, it was several cake pans and lots of cutting.

Haa haa that it too funny. That is EXACTLY what my little girl wanted to do. She got to eat half of the head. :) The horns and wings were Marzipan so I was happy with those.
