Dragon Ball Z Chi Chi Costume. Dress & Trousars.
I made this costume for my daughter who is a big DBZ fan.
I had to buy a pattern to cut the correct neck shape for the Chinese look of Chi Chi's dress. I have made some adjustments to the pattern but would suggest buying one or if you can download one to get the correct fitting around the neck.

You Will Need

Step 1Place pattern on the fabric, pin and cut out.
Follow the pattern instructions to make up the dress.
I made the costume fasten at the back so had to adjust the pattern to do this but it would be okay to fasten at the front. What ever suit you. I used Velcro to fasten it.

Step 2For the trousers I used a pair of pj's to get the basic shape and cut out the fabric and sewed it up as before.
I always like to use elastic at the waist to give some growing room.

Step 3To get a more authentic look to the costume I added red ribbon detailing to the dress.
