Chocolate pancakes filled with white chocolate chips!
It's been a while since I made pancakes so I decided to treat Tom to an extra big plate of these this morning.

Step 1Whisk together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips.

Step 2Beat in the egg, oil and soya milk until smooth.

Step 3Heat a frying pan with a little oil and pour a small amount of batter out for each pancake.

Step 4Cook until the batter starts to bubble on top and then flip your pancake and cook the other side.

Step 5Serve with maple syrup and extra white chocolate chips.
