It is cheaper than buying a sewing mannequin.
So I decided that I needed a manikin to help with my sewing projects. However, being a jobless teen, I couldn't afford to buy one. Instead, after some searching, I found a how-to on Threadbangers. Using masking tape, my sister and I wrapped about five to six layer around my body. After CAREFULLY cutting the tape off of me and covering the arms and neck hole, I proceed to stuff it with old clothes and scraps of fabric from the bottom of the form. With some tapping of the bottom part of the form, I was finished. Well actually I still need to find some sort of stand for it, but that will probably put off until a latter date.
