easy angels from doilies. I found some antique paper doilies last year and have been enjoying the many crafty uses in decorations I have found. I hope you enjoy this project too!

Step 1gather materials and tools

Step 2fold doilies in half then accordion style

Step 3you will have three

Step 4cut off the top fourth of one

Step 5this is the lay out

Step 6fold wings in half and glue inner edges together

Step 7Glue wings to body

Step 8glue bead for head

Step 9glue on halo

Step 10glue on ribbon as a hanger

Step 11draw on eyes and nose with permanent marker and glue on a heart

Step 12Paint the edges of the wings and dress with glue

Step 13Add glitter and let dry

Last year I made the ribbon angels so I had to think of something new for 2014 xmas gifts and it hit me to make them like the ribbon ones only with the doiie instead. Glad you like them and thanks for the comments!
