okay so lately i have seen a lot of hippie type, cutie headbands and i decided to make my own. these are oober easy! all you need is some yarn, beads, and the ability to braid.

these are the easiest. you just take three long strands of yarn (remember, when braided they have to be able to fit around your noggin), knot them together at the top and tape the top down so you can easily just go through and braid the strands. when you are done, knot the end

these are the second easiest. knot the top of three strands of yarn and tape it down. you just tie plastic beads equally through the three strands of yarn. braid as usual and then knot the end.

this one's a little more difficult. knot 6 strands of yarn and tape it down. split the 6 strands into 3 groups of 2 strands, act like each group of 2 is just 1 strand, and then braid them. then after you've braided it all together for a while, split the 6 strands into 2 groups of 3 strands and braid them separately. then you should have one big braid leading into two little braids. eventually you bring the two little braids together and make one big braid again with all 6 strands. then knot and done! :D
