  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Cut four squares of cotton material (I think it works better with light / thin cotton material).

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Then fold the four squares three times, like the photo.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Cut a half circle shape along the top edge.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Fold it out after you've cut it and it should look like this.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Then fold the edges in to make a flower shape.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Place the four, folded up, square shapes together.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

    Stitch at the bottom.

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

Your flower should look like this.

  9. Step 9

    Step 9

If you don't like it too plain, you can add some detail.

  10. Step 10

    Step 10

Maybe add some pearls to embellish.

  11. Step 11

    Step 11

Or add some lace to a spot.

  12. Step 12

    Step 12

    This was the end product.

  13. Step 13

    Step 13

You can wear it in your hair.

  14. Step 14

    Step 14

Or add to a necklace chain.

I LOVE it! Your description was really easy to follow, too. I made a couple last night :) I have a question about attaching them; how did you put it in your hair? Did you glue it to a clip? Bobby pin? Just curious, as I'd love to make many accessories with these.

Thanks!
Heather

As soon as me and my sister saw this how to, we fell in love with it straight away! It was so easy to follow, but we did get a little confuzzled about how you folded the square 3 times, but it didn't matter!
