The actual top I was trying to make was longer and had rosettes instead of ruffles. The top I wanted was $16.99. I bought a men's shirt for $4.99 and some fabric paint for $1.60. Sure wish I could have found a striped shirt :-P But I like it. I think the one at Target would have been way too clingy anyways.
