You Will Need

Step 1Line the backs of your clips with felt by gluing a small swatch of felt down and trimming the excess.

Step 2Start making your pompoms. Wind yarn very loosely around your hand unti you're happy with the fullness. Slip the yarn off of your hand and carefully tie a piece of yarn around the middle. Secure it tightly.

Step 3Cut through the loops of yarn on either side. Trim your pompom to your desired shape, and fluff it until it's even.

Step 4Glue the pompoms onto the tops of your clips.

Step 5Attach them to your shoes and be festive!
