Step 1
Gather all your materials.

Step 2Attach the leaf charm to the hoop base.

Step 3Cut the scrap chain into 2 equal pieces.

Step 4Attach the coin charms with jump rings where you want them onto the chain.

Step 5Attach the chains to the hoop base.

Step 6Add the beads to jump rings and then to the base.
