You Will Need

Step 1Get you materials hook, no more nails, wood.

Step 2screw you hooks in to you wood as many as you want.

Step 3once you have screwed all the hooks you want then you turn over the wood and apply no more nail to the back in short squirts.
Apply it to the wall with pressure.
leave to dry for 24 hours then put your rings on.
