It is best to make this skirt with a slightly thicker fabric, but it is easy to make. Some sewing skill is necessary to make this skirt. One thing I skim over in the tutorial is how to add closure to the skirt, when I made the skirt, it had no zipper or elastic in the waistband, but you may add them. The way make the skirt fit is slide it on and pin it tighter where the pin is concealed in under the bow.
