You Will Need

Step 1Gather up your supplies.
(I made my envelope pillow covers with plain white fabric before starting this step.) -
Step 2Add dots one color at a time with the pouncer. You will need to do some touch up with a brush.

Step 3Let them dry and add them to your space.
