Keep kids of all ages happy (& quiet) during long car trips or while out to eat with this fun, magnetic tote bag.
You will need:
- gesso primer
- magnetic paint
- brush (foam or bristle)
- canvas tote (the thicker the better)
- masking or painters tape

First place a scrap piece of cardboard inside your tote bag to prevent paint bleeding through.

Create a border around your desired magnetic area using masking or painters tape.

Prime your bag with a thin coat of gesso primer.

Once dry, paint one to two coats of magnetic paint. Remove the tape border once your paint dries, and enjoy!
