Based on Grace's door hinge bracelet from Stripes and Sequins.
This DIY was inspired by Stripes and Sequins' Heavy Metal Bracelet tutorial, of which I added glitter to give it some sparkle.

Start with a door hinge bracelet- instructions here: http://stripesandsequins.com/2012/04/diy-heavy-metal-bracelet.html
Paint nail polish in the middle of each hinge link (2 or 3 at a time).
Sprinkle glitter over the wet paint, shake off excess and let dry.
When it's totally dry, lightly brush off excess glitter with a small paint brush.
