Step 1Lay out your materials! Cut a 21 by 2.75 inch piece of jersey fabric (mine was tapered at both ends for easy tying)

Step 2Start stitching! Use a variety of embroidery stitches - I used mostly lazy daisies and French knots, but feel free to incorporate your favorite stitches.
