get some plain white bathroom tiles (about 16 cents at home depot) and scrapbook paper of your choice

trace the tiles on the scrapbook paper and cut them out. glue the paper square onto the tile

apply modge podge to the top of the paper and the sides of the tiles. 2 coats should do the trick, but make sure each coat is completely dry before adding more.

once all the modge podge is dry, spray an acrylic finishing spray and i like to add cork circles on the bottom to keep the tile from scratching surfaces.
