This is the perfect vintage style dress for summer parties
This dress is the greatest thrift store find I have found in quite a while. Because it's twirly! Everybody needs to wear a twirly dress every once in a while. All I really did to change this dress was to take off the collar and take in the sides of the top and the skirt.

You Will Need

Step 1Carefully rip out the stitching that attaches the collar off.

Step 2Pull out all of the leftover threads.

Step 3After I ripped out the collar I just sewed the seam back up with black thread.

Step 4Then I just put on the skirt and pinned it until I liked the way it fit.

Step 5And did the same to the shirt.

Step 6Then sewed it up with black thread.

Step 7Then trim all of your leftover threads.

Step 8Tada! Quite simple
