Take some colored cotton ropes...I chose pink color here

Some dip-dyed stockings used for flower making. or you could also use any of ure old jersey tee,cut it on bias into thin strips n stretch it.

Tie n dye colors and a container to mix it.(sorry do not have a pic of it).

Colored Feathers.

How-To

First mix the dry tie n dye color(I hv selected royal blue) with warm water and dip the cotton rope into it and wait till it dries.
This is how it would look after that.

Then tie all the 3 materials together (cotton colored rope,golden rope and golden thread)

And secure it with a rubber band for the time being.

Now roll all the three uniformly.

This is how its should look.

Now arrange the feathers under the arrangement and stick it using glue gun.

To give it a edgier look, take a thin strip of net fabric ,fold it vertically and cut one side to make fringes.

This is how it should look.

Glue it on the back of the neck pc on top of the feathers.
Cover the ends with satin ribbons And........

VOILA... now this is how our "FINAL PRODUCT" should look.
