They make great gifts!

Why am I making diaries for 2009 in March I here you ask. I had this idea after seeing the stab stitch notebooks how-to, and thought I'd print month-to-view pages from microsoft outlook. I had to do it now before I had any appointments! I managed to get some great 2-sided printed card from the art shop for the covers.

Crafts

Instructions

  1. 1

Print out month-to-a-page from outlook, printing 2 pages to one side of lightweight card.

  2. 2

Cut out the months each with a gap at the top, and two pieces of card for the covers. Make sure that all the pages are the same size.

  3. 3

Here, I roughly did the same as the stab stitch tutorial, but I punched 1/16" holes along the top of the card on each page, and used eyelets on the covers to make it look neat. I then cut out the numbers and glued them to the front cover.
