A fun way to eat cake!

I didn't feel up to taking the time to mold the cake-ball mix into interesting shapes like the tutorial. Instead, I just got candy melts in festive colors for xmas, and coated them with those, and sprinkles.

Who doesn't like an excuse to dig their hands into a freshly baked (and cooled) cake? Normally doing such is only acceptable for toddlers, but this project makes and exception.

I suggest freezing the cake-balls overnight before trying to coat them. I left mine in the fridge overnight and still had trouble with them wanting to slide down the skewers while being coated.

Tasty treat, but this version is not for the health or cavity conscience! :D

Be warned, even as small as 1 inch, these suckers are heavy.
