-

Draw out four devil horns on to red felt using the devil horn template and then cut them out. Remember to draw out two horns and then flip the template to draw out the second two reverse horns.
-

Sew on some red sequins.
-

Sew sequins on to the front horn sides and the back horn sides.
-

Lay one horn on top of the other so that the sequinned sides are facing inwards and sew up the edges, leaving the bottom side unstitched.
-

Fold inside out and fill with stuffing.
-

Fold up the bottom edges and sew shut.
-

Sew on to a hair clip and they are ready to wear.

These are really cute! How well do they stay on, vertically clipped?
You forgot the hairclips in the materials section though.

They stay on really well. If you take a clip at a slightly vertical angle, so that the bottom is at the back, and then the top is facing the the front it catches a good chunk of hair while still looking good.

These are awesome, I think after making them, I'm going to mod the template, and make cat ears! I just love this site!

Love them!
What kind of glue did you use to attach them to the hair clip?

I actually stitched them on to the hair clips, no glue involved - though I imagine you could use fabric glue if you really wanted.

Would you be able to do this style of horn in any size or does it only work with the smaller horns?

I'm sure you could use this to make bigger versions, if you were going to go a lot bigger, you could use wire to support the shape of the horns.
