Why spend $350 on this when you can make it yourself?

Ive been seeing a lot of these destroyed shirts for like $200+ and its a little ridiculous. Same with these cross/inverted cross shirt COUGHwildfoxCOUGH but here's a fun, easy and cheap way to get the look.

You Will Need

Project Cost
Almost Nothing

  1. Step 1 1

Find whatever fabric you want to use and outline a cross on the reverse side.

  2. Step 2 2

Use scissors or an exacto knife to cut out the cross.

  3. Step 3 3

Get and old shirt or a new one, doesn't matter. Mines is thrifted. Now take your shirt and create rips and tares in it with an exacto knife or razor. Do it up any way you want. Just be sure you don't make any tares where your putting your cross!

  4. Step 4 4

Now the fun part. Make holes by using your finger to stretch out the tares you made. You can make them as big as you please. Once again, don't make your tares bug enough to the point where you cant glue your cross on!

  5. Step 5 5

Use fabric glue to glue on your cross. You can do it the traditional way or inverted or sideways. Which every way you please. Follow the dry time on the bottle.

  6. Step 6 6

8 hours later, Im ready to wear!
