Dessert Bruschetta

The sweetest member of the bruschetta family.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Chop up the strawberries. Place in a bowl and mix in the honey and mint.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Slice the bread in to diagonal slabs and toast in an oven for about 5 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Spread the bread with marscaponi cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Place two spoonfulls of the strawberries on top and serve.

this looks geat!!!!How many servings does this recipe yield? I have to do dessert for a party and this would be fab!

It depends upon the size of your bread really, but otherwise I would say about 12 servings. :)

I LOVE YOU!! i love bruschetta... hate tomatoes (odd mixture... yes) now i can get around the tomatoes!!
