I found some old Kinder Surprise containers and the first thing that came to mind was the minions off of Despicable Me... even though I haven't seen the movie yet. It was fairly easy, I just hot glued some scrap jean fabric and drew on the hair and face. They can hold small things as well, so I'm thinking of putting some of my earrings in them.
