Step 1Cover your notebook with desired fabric (like how you would cover a jotter), leaving an unglued down bit at the top, forming a sort of pouch.

Now stuff your padding into your cover "pouch". This should create a cushioned effect. Glue the pouch closed, sealing in the padding.

Now customize and personalize your cover! Use ribbon, buttons, beads or scraps of fabric. You're all done!
