I saw an awesome hoodie at Delia's but it cost $44 bucks : (
So I went to Walmart and bought a navy blue Men's hoodie for $10. I resized it and appliqued the cloud, rainbow and hearts with felt. I also sewed ribbon on the pockets and replaced the drawstring.
P.S. I stuffed the cloud to make it more realistic.
