   Grab a tee (this is a good way to use a tee with an ugly print). Cut a big wide v-neck to get rid of that print. Resize if necessary.

   Cut a strip from another tee about 1" wide and as long as the edge of your neckline. Fold it in half lengthwise.

   Sew it onto your neckline with right sides facing. Pull the strip slightly and feed the tee in, to get a slightly gathered effect.

   To make ties, cut thin (about 1/2cm strips) from another tee and give them a tug; make three of different lengths. Make a strap for the bottom too if you like.

   Sew all of these on, adding buttons and other embellishments as you see fit. Wear over a cami top.
