Cheap

  1. 1

Get your undesirable trash bin and lightly coat it in Mod Podge.
I recommend that you do it in sections because the Mod Podge dries rather quickly.
Mine was an octagonal shaped bin, so it was fairly easy.

  2. 2

Stick on your magazine cut outs carefully.

  3. 3

Using a credit card or something similar to flatten out the piece you suck on and remove any air bubbles.

  4. 4

Once you've finished decorating the whole bin, you can add another coat of Mod Podge to seal it. it goes on white but dries clear.
