What can't you decoupage?
I always use clothes pins for keeping chip and cereal bags closed and I seen something similar a while back and thought they were so cute!

I got out my Elmers decoupage glue and cut some scrapbook paper just the right width and length.
Then dipped my finger in the glue and wiped it on one side of the clothes pin and then on the back of the paper, quickly place the paper on the clothes pin and smooth flat and put another light coat of the glue on. I think they dried in about 10 minutes!

Thanks everyone!

Hey Charmaine, I don't see why you couldn't try using regular white glue, I'd just add a little water to thin it out a bit. The decoupage glue is really thick.
Have fun and post what you make! :o)
