  • How to make a matchbox. Decorated Matchboxes - Step 1
    Step 1

    First the paper version:
Here you just choose a paper you like and make as many layers as you want. You can use a cutter and stamps on the edges for a more rough look if you wish.
Picture: the back of the matchbox.

    Step 2

This is the front of my fairy themed box. It has a big key bought on Ebay, and lots of flower embellishments. The little glitter book is from barbie i think and so is the little flower with holes in it, it was a tea party thingy. And I do not know where I got those little wings from.
So just plan how you want it to look and glue everything on!

Here is my other one. I used real stones here, amethyst. And added a purple ribbon on the edge there. It is pretty straightforward :)

Now for the deco cream one:
Deco cream is something japanese people love and so do I xP It dries and you can put things in it while it is drying. If you cannot get Deco Cream where you live you can also use Silicone, white. It is actually stronger and it does not dissolve in water. The negative side to silicone though is that lots of dust fasten itself on it too after a while....
    On this picture:
The seastar in the middle is from ebay. The leaves on the edge and the bow is also from ebay. The other stuff is pearls, stickers and satin rose and you can probably find that in any craft store.

    Step 5

This one has a make up theme to it. The make up stuff is from my barbie and bratz stuff :) I added glitter over it too.

    Any questions? Just ask :)

Aww, you're more talented than me! All I do is decorate xP The altar is for magick ofc^^ And to respect the gods and goddesses and it is also a way to respect yourself, as you can put meaningful things on it. It is actually a lot like a Christian altar. I needed matchsticks there because i often burn incense and I like the old fashion way with sticks and not a lighter x3

It's good! I love learning about new religions because they kind of all share the same beileves, just with a different story to it , and they all enrich each other. I'm like a mix of all religions i know off because i find value in them all..
