If you don't know dekoden, you should google it. It's a japanese style to decorate you cellphone and it's spread to just anything that can hold rhinestones and modeling paste.
The modeling paste I used, painters normally use this too bring in texture in acrylic paintings.
You can just use cake supplies to make the creamy texture.
Than drop those rhinestones or other things in the wet paste. And let try.
