I needed a little storage box in my cupboard, and had a few things lying around the house.
I needed a little storage box in my cupboard, and had a few things lying around the house.
First of all, start off with a shoe box, and some decorative paper. I used Scrap booking paper which was a little heavy, a lighter weight paper would make this much easier.
Take one piece, and cut it down to fit on one side of the box with about half to one inch overlap.
Glue the paper down to the side, fold over the edges and glue down. Repeat for each side.
You can use cut outs from other pieces of paper, or any other type of embellishment, and decorated the box. Then coat the whole box with a layer of the mod podge. Let dry, and Ta-Da! A box for Pop Tarts! (and all my other snack stuff)
