I made this with the pattern and instruction in a sew fast sew easy book. My boyfriends mom loved it so much I made her one in the same fabric for her birthday. It was a big hit!

I got it at this place called Purl Patchwork in NYC. I loved it so much I got it Black and Red, I would have picked up other colors if they had them too! Here is the website if that helps any:
