First, draw a big lightening bolt in orange so that it covers the right eye. Make sure you draw it on the right side - remember mirror images! I did it completely back to front the first time I tried it.

Add in a blue lightening bolt, much thinner, besides the orange one.

Using a pencil eyeliner, draw a thick black line between the two.

Spread the orange out to circle the left eye. Add your eyeliner at this point.

Optional: add a snazzy hat.
