If I had to choose a faction, I would definitely choose Dauntless for the freedom and the fun. Because of this and how much I loved Divergent & Insurgent (both by Veronica Roth), I took an old tank top that had a small hole in the bottom and turned it into this cool new tank.
I bleached the symbol using a print out of it on paper, and wrote DAUNTLESS on the bottom with bleach and a paint brush. After I washed and dried this, I took a black permanent marker and fixed up any weird bleach areas. After that, I put some red fabric paint and a bit more water in a cup, mixed em, used a paint brush to apply this to the bleach areas of the symbol. The diluted paint and the way I applied it, made a somewhat tye dye design.
