Me and my bf are addicted to these.I made a fresh batch tonight and they'll probably only last a couple of days. They taste really nice with cheese, like a mature cheddar.

Turn out dough on to floured surface and knead for about 20 minutes.

Put all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl and roughly stir. Add Olive oil and warm water and mix until a doughy ball. Add chopped nuts and dates and give it a bit of a knead to mix them in.

Return to bowl and cover with a clean tea towel. Leave for a couple of hours to rise. It should double in size.

Preheat oven to 200 oC. Turn your dough out on to a floured surface and knead for a couple of minutes. Divide mixture in half and then in half again. Make 6 small balls out of each quarter (i.e. 24 rolls) and put on a greased baking tray. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool for and then put in airtight container. They'll probably keep for a couple of days but ours have never lasted long enough to find out :).
