chocolate-cherry-pudding explosion!!!!

i found a recipe for these in the internet but it turned out totally disgusting when i tried it! so i created a new one which is vegan, but can be changed in a normal one easily!
i think these are nearly the perfect muffins for me, because there are chocolate, cherries and pudding in it - only crumbles are missing! but this is just a matter of time...

Mix margarine, agave nectar/sugar and vanilla sugar together and stir until it´s foamy.
Add 3 eggs if you wanna bake with eggs.
If you don´t want to use eggs, use one tablespoon flour, one teaspoon baking powder and three tablespoons soy milk per egg.

Now add milk, 4 teaspoons baking powder and flour. Stir it well and your "normal" batter is ready!
Part the batter into halves.
Leave one half as it is.
In the other half mix cocoa, chocolate chips and maybe some more milk.

Cook pudding as the instructions on the package says.
Now grab your muffin pan!
First put the normal batter in, spread some cherries over it. Now pour some pudding over the cherries. over the pudding put some of the chocolate batter.
So, you can put it in the oven (200 degrees celsius) for ca. 15 minutes and your done!!
