One wears an eyepatch on Halloween; in the winter; when it rains; at a fun party, etc.
One should not wear an eyepatch when: crossing the street; in school (or let eyes roll); in the summer (funky tan!); in a swimming pool; for ID photos; in a bar/nightclub... etc.

ah! this totaly reminds me of my duct tap top hat!!! i have two questions about this. did you line it? it looks like you did but i'm just wondering if you sewed it right side to right side then fliped it out. or if you did something different. gah! the black, decoration thing (sorry its way to early in the morning right now, and i cant recal the name. i do know it.) but its throwing me off. so my second question would be, how did you sew it on. i'm asuming its by hand.
