You will need:
-Scissors and Ruler
-cardboard
-Paper (magazine paper, newspaper, etc)
-compas
-glue
-bead

Cut 8 circles with a diameter of 4cm

Then cut a cardboard circle with a dimeter of 6cm

Take one paper circle and fold it in half, then fold it again in half

Unfold and fold the corners as pictured

Flip it and fold like the picture. Do this with both sides.

Now do this with the 8 circles

In the cardboard circle start pasting 4 petals

Finally between 2 petals paste another to fill the circle. You´re done! If you want you can put a bead in the middle.
