I need to fix the straps a little bit, but other than that this is ready to wear. I started it this morning before I went to class, got it cut out and the body and bodice pieces sewn up ready to sew together. I used the hem for the straps instead of using more of my shirt for that, which I'm now happy for, because I like longer shirts. I also cut a good 5 inches off the hem because the straps are too long, I'll post more detailed pictures of the straps when I finish them, I'm going to give them a bow-like look. I came back from class and was able to pick up right where I left off, which isn't always the case with some projects. I did the final hems and finished in less than two hours! and I wore it the same day =)
