I just came up with this, I hope you like it!
1
OK, you need to matching over sized t-shirts or to shirts of the same color. I'll be using these 2 I got from school and have had since 5th grade. (Yes, there still big on me even though I am now in HS).
2
Take both of your T-shirts and cut the bottom off at the same length. You don't want any of the label so cut off as much as you can without cutting the label. ( you can trim it down to size later, but for now get as much material as you can). Now, for each shirt's material, cut them each at the side so you have 2 very long rectangles. Make a slit at the trim of each rectangle and feed your elastic(it should be about the length of stomach wrapped around) with a paper clip. This is what it should look like.
3
Now, take 1 of the 2 tops of your shirts. Flip back ward and cut off a side that has no sleeves or collar trim. I should look like the piece farthest to the right. (With the other top of the shirt, if you used a plain t-shirt, you could turn it into a shrug if you want. I didn't).
4
Fold it in half to that the longer ends of the fabric reach the lowest point of the collar shape and cut at the crease.
5
cut off the extra sides, lay the 2 long rectangle shapes next to each other and sew only 1 side of each one together so you get 1 really long rectangle. Sew trip along the sides of the rectangle.
6
Lay out the 'skirt in front of you and fold the long rectangle over the tom of the original trip. It should look like the picture. Sew the rectangle in place and the sides of the skirt together. Add and Lace or accessory's you want. I left mine plain.

Your done! I hope you like the tutorial, Leave a comment if you'd like. If you make one, post up your version cuz I'd LUV to see it! Thanks =D
