I made two frames for my mom and my Grandma for v-day this project is great cause its really easy and cheap. I had most of the items already in my craft supplys so it only cost around 2 bucks per frame (:

Start by gathering your supplies I got most of mine at the 99 cent store
What you need:
1.Paint any color
2.Paint brush
3.Conversation heart candys
4.A frame
5.Hot glue gun -

Start painting the frame make sure you take out the glass so you dont get paint on it.

After you finish painting the frame allow it to dry and if you are on a time crunch then use your blow drier to speed up the process.

Using you hot glue gun start glueing the conversation heart candys to the frame.

And your done Happy Valentines day guys (: you can either put a picture in the frame or maybe a cute poem <3
